A state treasurer is encouraging families to save now for their kids tuition. Missouri State Treasurer Nancy Farmer made a stop in Joplin today to tell residents about the Most Program. It`s the Missouri Savings for Tuition Program. The program offers state income tax deductions for tuition use. Families can choose a variety of options for their investments.
