Teen Charged with Pornography

A Neosho high school student has been charged with distributing and possessing child pornography. 18-year old Virgil Bradshaw had a computer that allegedly contained graphic pictures of child pornography. Police say the teen allowed anyone to download these images and movie clips from his personal web site on the Internet. The teen has been arrested and bond is set at $150,000.

"This is a Class B Felony of promoting child pornography in the first degree. As a Class B felony it would be punishable by a fine and jail time."
If convicted, Bradshaw could face five to fifteen years in jail.
