Jasper County 911 Update

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
The Jasper County 911 Board wants to take its show on the road, literally. Director Bill Cade says the 911 board is moving ahead with plans to add a mobile communications and command unit. Cade says the board has set aside a budget amount of $135,000 to acquire and equip a vehicle for that purpose. This week Cade says the board took the first step in that process by awarding contracts to the only two companies that submitted bids.
