Arrests Made in Van Arson/Murder Case

Arrests are made in the murder of a Four State man. Its been more than one week since the body of 27-year-old Daniel Gildea was discovered in a burning van in Ottawa County Oklahoma. Today, the Cherokee County Sheriff`s Department makes three arrests. Kyle Ackerson of Joplin is charged with first degree premeditated murder, aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm. The second man is Michael Bridges of Neosho. He is charged with aiding and abetting first degree premeditated murder and theft. The third man, Kenneth Leroy Bridges of Baxter Springs Kansas. He is charged with aiding a felon. Cherokee County Sheriff Bob Creech declined the release of names, but says two of the men have waived extradition. They will appear in Cherokee County Court tomorrow morning.
