Benton Jail Visitation Changes

Visitation at one area jail facility is being cut short. The Benton County Jail will stop weekend visitation because there aren`t enough deputies to watch the place. A spokesman for the jail says anyone who wants to visit an inmate will have to do so Tuesday through Friday. Officials say that typically, the least experienced deputies work weekends and Saturdays are busier than many other days.
