Peterson's Arraignment Set for January

A Four State murder suspect will go to trial for the death of man found stabbed to death in her home. 48-year-old Pittsburg resident Peggy Peterson waived her rights to a preliminary hearing in a Crawford County Court today. Peterson is charged with 2nd degree murder in the death of 48-year-old Tommy Lee Fisher. On September 17th, officers say Peterson walked into the Graves Mini-Mart in Pittsburg saying a murder had taken place in her home. Police investigated and found Fisher. They say he was the victim of an apparent stabbing. An arraignment for Peterson is set for January 10th at 11am in Crawford County Court.
