Joplin Area Catholic Schools Expansion Project

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
An area school system needs your help to continue to grow. Ground was broken back in May on an expansion project at McCauley Regional High School in Joplin. The total cost of the project will be about $2.5 million. Joplin Area Catholic Schools Development Director John Ihm says all but about $100,000 of that figure has already been collected. The project will add, among other things, administrative offices, library, computer lab, cafeteria, chapel and five new classrooms. Ihm says some of those rooms could be ready for service as early as March, with the project being finished by April. If you`d like to help contribute to the project, please call Joplin Area Catholic Schools at 417-624-5003.
