More charges are pending after a weekend stabbing in northeast Oklahoma. The incident happened early Saturday morning at a home in Commerce. Upon arrival, police found an officers belt and a single round of 40-caliber ammunition. Ottawa County sheriff`s deputies say the belt and ammunition belonged to suspect 28-year-old Tracy Horton of Afton. Horton and one other suspect, who`s name hasn`t been released, allegedly attacked 25-year-old Casey Streeter of Commerce. Deputies say Streeter then stabbed the two suspects in self defense. No charges are expected to be filed against Streeter. Horton has been charged with aggravated assault and battery and felony pointing of a firearm. More charges are expected to be filed. The other suspect is still in the hospital and is expected to be arrested when he is released. The victim was treated and released.
