Case is Mounting Against Pharmacist

A pharmacist accused of watering down cancer drugs is facing more charges. Robert Courtney faces a 20-count federal indictment, and is being held without bond. His attorney says Courtney will plead innocent. Meanwhile, there`s more action in civil court. A man claiming that Courtney`s actions killed his wife has filed a wrongful death suit. It`s at least the eighth one filed against the Kansas City, Missouri pharmacist.
