Lingle Trial's Change of Venue

Opening statements began this morning in Bobby Lingle`s first-degree murder trial. In her opening statement, Lingle`s attorney said her client doesn`t have the mental capacity to be guilty of premeditated murder. Prosecutors accuse Lingle of assisting in the killings of Erin Vanderhoef and her children. The trial is being held in St. Louis County on a change of venue. Testimony will resume tomorrow morning.
