A man already convicted in the killings of five Springfield residents, refuses to testify in the murder trial of a co-defendant. Bobby Lingle of Joplin is on trial for the murder of a pregnant Springfield woman and her three children. Today, Richard DeLong was brought to the courtroom to testify in the case. After taking the stand, DeLong said, "Id rather not talk about it." Lingle is accused of helping DeLong kill the family in January 1999 in exchange for methamphetamines. The case is being held in St. Louis County on a change of venue.
