Baggage Screening at Joplin Regional

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Air travel could be slowed this weekend due to new baggage screening techniques. Airlines had until January 18th to comply with new security measures. All checked luggage will be screened for explosives. Before now, baggage was screened randomly. Airlines at Joplin Regional Airport made today`s deadline and are in full compliance with FCC standards. No delays are expected at Joplin Regional, but Stockam recommends getting to the airport at least an hour before your flight takes off.
