A car accident sends a Four State teacher and students to the hospital. The group from Fairland planned to caravan to St. Louis this morning for a National Cheerleading Competition. Along Highway 60 near Seneca, a semi tried to pass the entire group of five cars, but as the semi filled with produce passed, the lead car made a left hand turn. A Fairland teacher who was a passenger in the mini-van was taken by helicopter to an area hospital. She remains in intensive care at this time. Several students suffered minor injuries in the accident.
