Stremel Announces Re-Election Plans

A Four State judge announces plans to seek re-election. Newton County Associate Circuit Court Judge Greg Stremel says he will seek another term in office. Stremel a republican candidate has served as division two judge since 1992, and has heard more than 100,000 cases since taking office. Judge Stremel says one of his goals for his next term is to implement a domestic violence court to address the increasing problem of violence in the home. Neosho attorney Terry Neff has already announced he is also seeking the position held by Stremel.
