A Four State man charged with statutory rape and sodomy will serve 10 years in prison. Pat Yeoman, of Joplin, was sentenced yesterday to two concurrent five year prison terms. Authorities say Yeoman tried to give a 14-year-old girl meth and marijuana to lure her into a sexual relationship. Yeoman had asked the judge to consider probation saying he has received mental health and alcohol abuse treatment. However, the judge denied his request.
