Joplin Police uncover more than they expected while responding to a house fire. A fire was reported at a home in the 1100 block of Murphy Avenue early Thursday morning. Upon arrival, fire and police units found what they believe was a meth lab inside the house. Investigators say the fire is still being called suspicious in nature. One person found inside the home is being treated for serious burns at a Joplin hospital. So far no arrests have been made.
