New school board members are being selected in several Four State communities. Several races were on the ballot in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. In Afton for Post 2, there will be a runoff between Gene Schmeling and Mary Oakley. In Afton Post 5 there will be a runoff between Mike Martin Jr. and David Price since neither candidate received 51% of the vote. In Commerce, Steven Hartman defeated Scott Glover. In Fairland, Kathy Jo Henry defeated Tommy Hutchinson. In Wyandotte there will be a runoff between Jim Johnson and Stephen Way. Runoff elections in Oklahoma are set for April 2nd.
