Four former students at NEO A&M Junior College in Miami, Oklahoma are ordered to stand trial in the beating of a Tulsa man last year. 18-year-old Deborah Sikes, 20-year-old Nathaniel Gonzales, 20-year-old Clyde Evans and 24-year-old Brian Collier are charged with conspiracy to commit assault and battery with intent to kill. The four are accused in the January 2001 beating of 20-year-old Tyler Warden. Investigators say the beating was in retaliation for Warden cutting the neck of a dog owned by Gonzales. The suspects remain free on bond.
