Updated: January 7, 2009
Another Northeast Oklahoma man has also been bound over for trial. 21-year old Nathan Bagnell of commerce is accused of failing to register as a sex offender. Bagnell was convicted of lewd molestation of a minor in March of last year. Investigators say he was on probation for that offense when he was arrested for public intoxication and giving police a false name. He was then arrested for failing to register as an Ottawa County sex offender. A trial date for Bagnell has not yet been set.
