The future of Joplins business` will be discussed at an upcoming conference. Members from the Joplin Chamber of Commerce plan to travel to the state capital to participate in Chamber Days. The event is sponsored by the Missouri State Chamber of Commerce and will be held on February 20th. The chamber will discuses ways to improve local businesses and draw more businesses to their particular cities. Rob O`Brian - Joplin Chamber Of Commerce "Basically it`s an opportunity for the business community to hear what`s going on in the legislature and then have some time to go and visit the state representatives and state senators and give them their input on what`s going on in legislative issues." Issues for businesses such as heath care, unemployment and workers compensation will be discussed at the conference.
