A Joplin woman accused of driving off in a Joplin police car after police arrested her makes an appearance in court. LaTanya Pulley pleaded guilty to reduced charges today. She is charged with escaping from confinement, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving while her license was revoked. Pulley was sentenced to 60 days in jail for the escape charge. The sentence stems from a December 5th incident in which police arrested pulley on a domestic assault incident. After police put her in the car, Pulley slipped out of her handcuffs and drove away. She later crashed the police car. Pulley will be back in court for other charges related to this incident on March 8th.
