Coach Suspended Indefinitely

Updated: January 7, 2009
A Four State teacher is suspended from classes after accusations of secretly taping students in his home. Randy Carter has been with the Fort Scott School District for more than ten years, serving as both a teacher and coach to students in the district. He has now been suspended indefinably from the school district. The accusations stem from information police gathered after a female student came forward with a videotape. In Kansas, eavesdropping includes audio or video taping someone with out their consent. Anyone who feels concerned about the possibility of being a victim in this case is urged to contact the police department.
