Warrant Issued for Former Jailer

A former Newton County jailer is facing more charges of sexual misconduct. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 22-year old Josh Ulbrich of Neosho. Ulbrich was acquitted of sexually assaulting a female inmate at the Newton county jail in January of last year. Investigators say more victims have recently come forward regarding alleged incidents involving Ulbrich. Ulbrich is facing seven new counts involving assault, sexual misconduct and acceding to corruption while employed at the jail. A court date for Ulbrich has not been set.
