Man Faces Jail for Barking Dog

A Four State man could face jail time because of his barking dog. Terry Davis, the owner of two dachshunds is appealing a suit filed by his neighbor. His neighbor, Douglas Carnahan, says that the dogs bark constantly and he wants them to stop. The two went to court and a judge put dog owner Davis on probation. We asked Douglas Carnahan who filed the complaint to comment on the matter, but he refused.
