Disaster Preparedness Month

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Would you know what to do if severe weather hit the Four States? March is Disaster Preparedness Month and today a state wide severe weather drill sounded at 1:30pm. Businesses and schools like St. Peter`s Middle School in Joplin practiced their drill by having their students line up in the hallways. Once lined up the teachers have a roll call to make sure every student is accounted for. The drill helps students and teachers learn where they should go incase sever weather were to hit the school while classes are in session.
