Hearing Date Set for Two of Three Tulsa Men

A hearing date has been set for two of the three Tulsa men accused in the beating of a Racine man. Preliminary hearings for David Godwin and Roger Samuel have been set for March 26th. The two, along with Nicholas Samuel, are charged with the severe beating of Jason Stansill late last month. Each of the men face three felony charges for assault and use of a deadly weapon as well as burglary. Police say the men broke into Stansill`s home and severely beat him with hammers and brass knuckles.
