State Senior Medical Program

Missouri seniors will soon have assistance paying for prescription medication. The Area Agency on Aging is preparing for the next step in the implementation of the State Senior Medical Program. The staff is in the process of completing training for the program. The program will help an estimated 55,000 seniors pay their drug bills. Assistance will be provided at the vantage point, the area Agency Central Office and at senior centers in Barton, Jasper Newton and McDonald Counties.
