Arraignment Date Set For McGuire

A McDonald County man will stand trial for allegedly shooting his son in law last summer. 44-year-old Donald McGuire of Powell is charged with first degree assault, armed criminal action and possession of an illegal firearm. McGuires son in law, 30-year-old Robert Lutman says McGuires shotgun blast hit him in the leg and groin. The shooting followed a dispute between the two men. McGuire is being held on bond. He is set for arraignment April 16th.
