Madonna told reporters this has been the hardest she's worked for any performance. During rehearsals, she's dealt with a bumped nose and pulled hamstring.
"Well, my nose is healed, thank God. I'm okay. Lots of warmups and taping and ultrasound. I feel like I'm one of the football players right now, all the physical therapy I have to do. But I'm good. Mind over matter," said Madonna.
When asked if there would be any surprise performances, Madonna wasn't ready to dish any details.
"I really don't want to blow the surprises. I want people to be knocked off, out of their seats from beginning to end, and so I just want to keep that surprise and keep anticipation going. Sorry," added the singer.
Madonna said she felt it was an honor to be able to perform at such a large event in the Midwest.
The Michigan native said she was dedicating the performance to her father who would be proud of her Midwestern hard working values.
