Report: PSU's Brown to Transfer

(State College, Pa) - It appears as if Justin Brown will be the latest big name Penn State player to transfer from the program.
According to a report from ESPN's Joe Schad, Brown will transfer to Oklahoma.
Brown had 35 catches for 517 yards, and 2 touchdown's.
