Cowboys Sign CB Lewis

The Dallas Cowboys added a cornerback to their roster today with the signing of LeQuan Lewis.

Dallas pulls the trigger just a day after Lewis was released by the New York Jets from their practice squad.

Lewis has not played a single down in the NFL. He was not drafted coming out of Arizona State, but signed with Tennessee as a free agent. Lewis was released before the season. He has been signed and released by the Raiders and the Jets since then.

Lewis takes the roster spot with the Cowboys release of tight end Colin Chochart on Tuesday.
