Urlacher Practices 9/3/12

Lake Forest, Illinois-It appears that Brian Urlacher will make good on his vow to play in the Bears regular season opener this Sunday. He was back on the practice field Monday at Lake Forest. It as his first practice since July 31st, and his first since having arthroscopic knee surgery on August 14th.
"He had a good first day back," said Lovie Smith after practice. "We didn't have any trouble with him today, so he's right back on schedule."
"He looked good," said linebacker Nick Roach. "He's back in the flow."
Urlacher has admitted that his knee will probably never be the same again, but he says it feels much better, and he'll be ready to do whatever the Bears need him to do.
The Bears will host the Colts Sunday at noon.
