Taking A Look At The Victory Board

Today we bring the Silver Star Nation to the perimeter of the Cowboys
locker room where where Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett posts a victory
board after each victory, and obviously the 1st one is already up after
the Cowboys beat the New York Giants, 24-17.
There are various awards. He gives away game balls. Tony Romo, Demarco Murray, and Sean Lee are among those that received game balls. "Attaboy" awards for a pat on the back for guys like Miles Austin, Jason Witten and Anthony Spencer. The Scout Team Player of the Week is Kyle Orton.
The 1 thing he's changed this year. He used to give out the Louisville Slugger award to the guy that was willing to step to the plate and take his swings. This year the theme during training camp was "pick up your hard hat and go to work every day". As you can see, they gave away a Hard Hat award to Demarcus Ware for his performance against the New York Giants. It's an actual miner's hard hat with the light on it for Demarcus Ware. Not only is that posted up there, they give the player 1 of the hard hats.
