Bears Pick Apart Cowboys 10/1/12

Dallas, Texas-The Bears literally picked apart the Cowboys Monday night. The intercepted Tony Romo five times including a pair of pick-sixes to win going away 34-18.

Charles Tillman returned an interception 25 yards for a score in the second quarter. Lance Briggs topped that with a 74 yard interception return in the third quarter when the ball popped out of Romo's hand when he was hit from behind by Henry Melton.

Major Wright had two interceptions. D.J. Moore added the fifth one.

The offense also showed signs of coming around. Devin Hester had a 34 yard touchdown reception, and Brandon Marshall hauled in a 31 yard touchdown pass. Marshall finished the night with seven receptions for 138 yards.

Another positive for the Bears...Matt Forte played. He gained 52 yards on 13 carries.

The Bears raise their record to 3-1 to tie the Vikings for first place in the NFC North.
