Their plan on offense up to this point has been simple...get the ball to Brandon Marshall. But against the Titans the Bears know they'll have to mix it up.
"Munchak does a good job down there, and the defensive coordinator mixes it up," says Jay Cutler. " They're gonna take away the deep threat, they're gonna take away your number one option, so we've got to be ready to go to 2 and 3 and get the running game going."
Marshall says it's important that his teammates step up if the Titans are able to slow his production.
"It's really important, it's really important. Getting Earl back is definitely going to help and open some things up for the guys," says receiver Brandon Marshall. "We definitely need to get him involved. He's healthy now so I'm expecting to see a lot of Earl."
With
the Bears offense struggling to find a rhythm so far this season, they know
they have to be wary of an upset this week in
"It's gonna take us to really execute this week in practice and hopefully that'll transition to Sunday for us to be successful," says Cutler.
