Campaigning Candidates Continue for the Cause

Candidates are making a concerted effort to get their messages out in advance of the upcoming primary election. Two candidates vying for the 13th Congressional seat faced off Tuesday.
David Gill and Matt Goetten met in a televised debate hosted by WILL. The men will square off in the Democratic Primary.
Gill is a doctor from Bloomington. Goetten is Greene County's State's Attorney.
Each wants to bring more jobs to Central Illinois, but have different ideas how to do it. The winner will run against the Republican nominee in November. Tim Johnson is the incumbent.
