Voter Id Concerns At the Polls

There have been problems reported in Lycoming County.
Eyewitness News has obtained information from callers that constables were positioned outside some polling places.
And at the Fairfield Township Municipal building,  it's alleged by a voter who contacted us that constable told voters he was there to make sure they had their ids to vote.
We asked the Lycoming County Director of Elections about this --- she first told us the voter i-d was still considered by them to be a soft law and they would be asking for ids.
While that may be the case --- an i-d is not required to cast a vote in today's election.
Problems have popped up across the Commonwealth.
A mural of President Obama in Philadelphia drew a court challenge - that led to the mural being covered up.
There were also complaints made about overall confusion with the voter i-d...
With those questions focusing on who actually needed one....
If you were a first time voter--- you did need one
