You can find an absentee ballot at your county clerk's office.
The deadline to register to vote is October 10th. You can cast an absentee ballot until 5pm the day before the November 6 election.
People who vote absentee must have a valid reason -- including not being in the area on election day -- or religious belief.
For more information on requirements for absentee voting, visit the Missouri Secretary of State's website.
